Irish Spring Diorama part 4

In this part of the tutorial we do some standard diorama making techniques to add grass and bushes to the miniature scene.

I used Woodland Scenics terrain materials.

The fine green material I used for grass is called "Fine Turf". And the material I used for the bushes is called "Clump Foliage".

And for a realistic look use different shades of green. For example I used two different green shades for bushes.

Start by creating the grass on the diorama. Paint sections of the diorama with white glue.

Then sprinkle on fine turf.

The turf will only stick where you applied glue. You can shake the excess off the diorama or gently blow on it.

Next we add some bushes along the brook. Apply dabs of white glue where you want the bushes.

And apply the bushes (Clump Foliage)

And that's it. The diorama is complete. It is a great looking miniature scene.

NextLet's continue and finish it
