There are many ways to make money with your website. The first and foremost (and the easiest) is with affiliate programs.

Affliate Programs are easy

This is how it works: You sign up with an online company that sells products (this costs you nothing) and you put links to their site on your website then you drive traffic to your site. When people see things they want to buy they click on the link to the selling company and if they buy the product you get a percentage of the sale. It is as easy as that. Here are two great affiliate programs for booksellers. They have lots of other products too.

Amazon.com
Toward the bottom of the left-hand column, under the topic of "Make Money" click on the link called "Associates"

Barnes & Noble.com
Click on the link in the lower left hand corner called "Affliate Network". This will get you started.

Reel.com.
Reel will pay a commission of 8% of gross revenue (i.e., receipts less credit card processing fees, sales tax, and shipping costs) generated from your customers during a linked session from your Web site. This royalty is paid on all titles purchased and/or rented during a linked session.
