The words "Hot Dog" and "Weiner" are often used interchangeably. But there actually is a real difference between what the two are. They taste different and are slightly different in shape and size. Weiners, in my opinion, taste better than hot dogs. And this is what Nick's serves - Weiners. And they are perfect for the classic hot dog sauce that they put on them. This sauce is the classic coney island meat sauce. And I love it. For me the perfect hot dog (Weiner) is one with coney island sauce and onions. I ordered a dog with sauce and onions - of course! And a cheeseburger with the works. And I was not disappointed. There is something wonderfully unique about their hotdogs and hamburgers. They are different and delicious.
