In this part of the tutorial we finish off the axe by painting it.

In the template there are gold ornaments. Cut them out and we will glue them on the axe.

It is pretty easy to see how the ornaments go. The long one goes right on the shaft of the axe and the two rectangular ones go on their corresponding pieces. You do this on the other side of the axehead too.

This picture shows how the ornaments go.

And, before we forget, glue together the stack of four pieces that make the llittle knob on the top of the axe. And glue that stack right to the top of the axe.

So now let's finish it off by painting it!!! It is really quite easy to paint. This picture shows you what colors go where. And that's it, your axe is done!! You are ready to slay Goblins and Orcs.
