Work World

I have held a lot of different and interesting jobs. Having worked in an amusement park, on a truck as a furniture mover, the owner of a small business, a clerk at a convenience store and gas station, and an operator in a customer call center. And I served four years in the military.

I have worked for small companies and for enormously successful fortune 500 companies.

The lion's share of my work has been in the electronics and automation field where I have worked in plastics, computer storage systems and robotic assembly workcells..

My official titles have included: clerk, assistant driver, automation technician, prototype technician, customer service operator, maintenance technician, software engineer, combat engineer, bridge crewman, sergeant, squad leader, gun chief, gunner and others.

All in all I have done a lot of interesting things and met a lot of interesting people.

Currently

Right now I am semi-retired (only working part-time) and following my bliss which is exploring the world both internal and external; writing, playing classical guitar and drawing and painting. Does life really get this good!

• Forty something years old
• Six feet, two inches tall and 210 lbs
• Workout on a regular basis
• Play classical guitar, write and draw almost daily
• Empty nester with two sons, both in their twenties
• Live in massachusetts
• Marital Status: Available and currently looking

If I were to apply a single word label to myself it would be "autodidact"

I have alot of different pursuits from a passion for classical guitar to writing, webdesign, diorama building, reading, travel, art, origami, martial arts and the relentless pursuit of knowing.

I have had the good fortune of having been able to do some world travel and along the way I have met a lot of interesting people and seen a lot of interesting things from the Eiffel Tower and the Mona Lisa to the bull fights in Spain.

Still high on my hit list is the Great Barrier Reef, the Grand Canyon and Istanbul.
