And here is the batch right after racking. Here is what Matt has to say about this racking: This is the first racking of my Orange Clove Mead batch that I made as my very first mead batch. The racking pretty good. I got a lot of the mead without sucking up to much off the bottom. The only issue is that the orange pulp was to much to control, so I think I will probably have to rack it again before bottling.
