Matt just made up a nice batch of mead and he was nice enough to take pictures along the way. Here is that series of pics.

And here is the batch right after racking. Here is what Matt has to say about this racking:
This is the first racking of my Orange Clove Mead batch that I made as my very first mead batch. The racking pretty good. I got a lot of the mead without sucking up to much off the bottom. The only issue is that the orange pulp was to much to control, so I think I will probably have to rack it again before bottling.
