In this part of the tutorial we make the visor.

In the template are the two pieces that make up the visor. Cut those along the dashed line on each.

Glue those two visor pieces to poster board like this with the dashed lines right up against each other.

Trim that visor.

Fold that visor right down the center line. We want to put a nice crease in it then flatten it back out.

Now glue that visor to craft foam and cut it out.

And cut out those grill slots.

Now, with the foam firmly attached crease it down that center line again.

Ok! Let's finish the helmet
