Page 13 of Making mead!

This page has grown to be quite big so I have split up the pictures across several pages.

Here are a pair of pictures send in by Joe M. He made the Orange Spice mead. It looks fantastic and I love the bottles! The first pic is when it was fermenting and the second pic is bottled.

Here is a batch of mead made by Tyler. Here is what he has to say:

"Hello I have been reading about mead on your website for quite a while and saw the one that you could make in the gallon jug of water. I went out to the store right away and bought the supplies. I followed the recipe and added 3 lbs honey, an orange,a cinnamon stick, raisins and yeast. This photo is taken about 10 1/2 hours into the fermenting process. Really looking forward to trying this when it's all finished! Looking into buying a kit so I can make bigger batches. Thanks a lot for all the information on it!"

Here are a pair of pictures submitted by Michael. After visiting a mead tasting at a Texas Renaissance Festival he just had to make some for himself. My thanks to him for sending in the pics. He gathered the materials and mixed up the batch!

Here is a batch of mead that was made by Elizabeth. My thanks to her for sending it in. She made it so she can use it to celebrate her wedding later this year! That is what mead is all about !!
