A web visitor (Tucker B.) Made this helmet using these templates and plans but he also added the Leonidas commander bristles to the top. You can see pictures of his project here.
Here is a great tip submitted by a web visitor (Rick). He used plastic to make the face plate. Its the lid from an old plastic tip. you might want to look into doing something like this. The plastic will give you a nice look and a nice curve. But, you may have to cut it big and adjust it to fit, closing any gaps. My thanks to Rick for sending in the pics!!

DEATH KNIGHT HELMET - This template for a Spartan Helmet is a great base project for being creative and making other style helmets.
