Carpet Warrior by Adel Radwan

This work, done in Photoshop shows a real feel for the capabilities of the program.

It was begun as a drawing that was scanned and then colored without inking. It brings a very vibrant look and feel It almost feels like chalk art. And the blurriness of the background brings the central figure right out of the work. It really looks like the warrior is floating in air.

Remember this technique as you draw your drawings. As you move further back in the work it should get blurrier. This will add depth to the work.
