Three New Fantasy Works from a guest artist
(I call the first two works Fire and Ice because of the Hair color) And Heather calls the last work Earth Wind & Fire.

These three works were submitted by a web visitor (Heather). She uses acrylics on canvas paper to achieve an almost ethereal effect. Vibrant colors and fantasy female figures are her trademark. She finds that Oil Paints are a little too constrictive for her so she works mostly with acrylics and sometimes with water colors.

If you like to paint but don't want the work involved with oil paints you might want to try acrylics. They are easy to work with and give you a wide range of vibrant colors. They are well suited for fantasy art.

Acrylic Canvas Paper

Strathmore Linen Paper for Acrylics- 6x6 Inch Pad

One of the nice things about working with acrylics is that you can get inexpensive sheets and pads of canvas paper to paint on. This way you can do lots of learning and lots of experimenting without spending too much.
