Make a Big Terrarium with a working Waterfall!
Here is a wonderful terrarium built inside a glass aquarium case. It has plenty of room and it has a beautiful pool of water with a waterfall. This waterfall uses the Fountain Tech FT-70 -I pump. which is a neat little pump.
I didn't build this terrarium. The credit has to go to Lindsay E. My thanks go to her for the wonderful pictures. Here is what she has to say about the terrarium and the water pump.
The fountain tech FT-70-I pump works great! It's very small and is easily hidden with rocks. Thank you for your help! I'm still waiting to get some fire-belly toads and a few more plants but here are some pictures. ~Lindsay E.
The container I used is actually plastic. Its a very hard plastic that is completely transparent so it kind of looks like glass. I got it at Walmart for a little more than the other tupperware. I just thought it would look nicer. And I wanted one big enough for the toads.
About the Fountain Tech FT-70-I pump: It works in only 1 inch of water and will raise water up to 19 inches. And its small size makes it easy to hide among your foliage or rocks.

Below is a picture of the pool of water in the terrarium. It came out absolutely beautiful.

Here is a side view of the terrarium. Notice how Lindsay has it placed near a nice bright window?

The picture below shows the nice arrangement of plants and some nice ground cover including a flat stone. This is going to be the perfect terrarium for fire-belly toads.
