A Terrarium in a mug!

There are an unlimited number of ways you can make a terrarium. You are only limited by your imagination. Here are some pictures of terrariums that were made by a web visitor (Ginger S.) and they show us some excellent ways to make an attractive terrarium to display. My thanks go to Ginger for submitting the pictures. And she has some nice tips for us.

Here is what she has to say:

As far as tips or thoughts to add, I found it better to use a dropper just at the base of the plant when watering the ones with sand on top. This way the sand doesn't seep as much into the soil causing the layers to be compromised. They're a lot of fun to make and go great with any decor. I like cacti and succulents b/c they're easier to care for.
