The Easy Catapult
I received these pictures and the video from a person who had fun visiting my catapult stuff with his son. They like medieval things and their favorite game is Age of Empires. They decided to try to make a fun little catapult without all the work of building something from wood. So after a rubber band, a bunch of heavy paper clips and some popsicle sticks here it it! They didn't use any tape, nails, bolts or heavy metal parts. It's a great improvisation. Note: There is a video for this (at the bottom of the page) You may need to accept the activeX control pop up to allow it to run!

How to Make a Torsion powered catapult called a Mangonel:
